Every Thursday at sunset, L'ora dell'Orto comes to life: Hermitage's new open-air aperitivo, created to celebrate the most authentic atmosphere of summer in Forte dei Marmi.

From 7:00 PM, unwind to the rhythm of a live DJ set, sip creative cocktails and savour a selection of freshly prepared bites made with the finest ingredients from our kitchen garden. The aperitivo includes one signature cocktail, a fresh selection of crudités with dip, and a variety of tastings served during the Chef's live show cooking, including barbecue specialties.

Each evening also features a different boutique experience showcasing local artisans and ateliers, offering guests the opportunity to discover the excellence of Italian craftsmanship and the timeless value of handmade creations, all surrounded by the beauty of nature.
