Inspired by Venice’s most iconic symbol, the Winged Lion is a tribute to the history, strength, and timeless elegance of the Serenissima. Legend has it that, while seeking refuge in the lagoon, he found shelter there and an angel appeared to him in a dream, foretelling that this place would one day become his eternal home. Centuries later, when his relics arrived in the city, he was adopted as its protector, and the lion — symbol of strength, justice and power — was chosen to embody him. With wings outstretched and a proud gaze, this iconic figure reflects the greatness of a republic that once ruled the seas and fiercely defended its freedom.
