At Hotel Gabrielli, breakfast is a moment of refined conviviality, where the pleasure of the table meets the quality of the finest ingredients. Each morning, the generous buffet welcomes guests with a selection of sweet and savory specialties prepared with fresh, carefully selected ingredients, in an elegant setting enhanced by light marble, mirrors, emerald green accents, exposed beams, and Murano glass chandeliers.
The gastronomic offerings celebrate Italian tradition with a variety of flavors designed to accompany the start of the day: homemade pastries and breads made with Italian flours, cereals, and fresh, dried, and dried fruits are paired with yogurt, milk, selected cheeses, and cured meats, while vegetables from the island of Sant’Erasmo bring the authentic flavors of the lagoon to the table. Fresh juices, smoothies, and a refined selection of herbal teas complete the buffet, alongside creations from our pastry chef, who prepares cakes, cookies, and homemade sweets daily, including some vegan options. At the center of the room, the Chef’s station animates the experience with made-to-order specialties.
When the weather permits, guests may also enjoy breakfast outdoors, either in the Dehor on the Riva degli Schiavoni or in the private garden overlooking the lagoon, beginning the day immersed in the timeless light and magic of Venice.
