On Saturday, February 14th, the Chef pays tribute to love with a contemporary tasting journey that plays with aromatic contrasts, premium ingredients, and a visual aesthetic that speaks directly to the heart.
The experience opens with Amore Mio — raw shrimp, rose salad, ginger and almonds, a delicate interplay of freshness and fragrance. It continues with Abbracci, a Riserva San Massimo risotto enriched with lobster, scampi, Sichuan pepper, and cacao nibs, revealing a surprising harmony between the sea and spicy notes. The journey proceeds with Passione, squid with chickpeas, pork “Guanciale” and dried crumble “Salame”. To conclude, Delicatezza, golden hazelnut mousse and passion fruit.
