Easter is the perfect time to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the authentic flavours of tradition. For the occasion, the Chef has created three exclusive Easter Specials, available on April 5 and 6, reinterpreting classic Easter dishes with elegance while highlighting seasonal ingredients and the finest produce.
The experience begins with a welcome from the Chef, followed by an iconic first course, Rice and peas with Bassano asparagus and marjoram. Next, lamb chops are served with golden spring onion, mashed potatoes with carletti and bruscandoli and grilled lettuce. To finish, a tribute to tradition with venetian fugassa, presented in a refined version with zabaglione and chocolate sauces.
