On Saturday, 18 July, let yourself be embraced by the timeless magic of the Festa del Redentore, one of Venice’s most iconic celebrations, which has illuminated the lagoon since 1576 with tradition, elegance and wonder. The Bacino di San Marco will come alive with lights, reflections and enchanting atmospheres, culminating in the traditional fireworks display.
Hotel Gabrielli invites you to experience this occasion from a privileged perspective, on its exclusive Terrace and in the evocative Dehors, where for the occasion the Chef presents a menu celebrating the flavours of the sea and the local territory.
The dinner opens with a refined selection of raw specialties – including oysters, scampi, tuna tataki and sea bream tartare – followed by a sequence of seafood creations, a sorbet to refresh the palate, and a selection of fine wines.
