On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, The Franklin Restaurant invites guests to enjoy a special evening dedicated to taste and togetherness, with a menu designed to celebrate love through refined flavors and elegant pairings.
The experience begins with a selection of starters, ranging from the delicate Beetroot Salad to the refined notes of Merluzzo Nero dell’Atlantico. For the middle courses, the Chef presents Gnocchi di Ricotta, Funghi & Parmigiano, alongside the elegant Risotto allo Champagne & Lamponi, a creamy risotto where fine bubbles meet fresh raspberries in perfect harmony. The main courses celebrate premium ingredients with Filetto alla Yakiniku and Cernia, Cavolo Nero, Mandorle & Ostriche.
To conclude the evening, a dessert to share: Love Injection, a delicate combination of white chocolate, strawberries, roses, created to end the experience on a romantic note.
