Easter at Cafè Romano
Easter 2026 at Café Romano is an invitation to gather around the table of Rome, in the heart of Hotel d’Inghilterra, and enjoy a lunch that weaves together tradition, local heritage, and contemporary creativity. Executive Chef Andrea Sangiuliano presents a menu that pays tribute to the capital’s Easter rituals, transforming them into a refined gastronomic experience defined by familiar flavors, local ingredients, and essential culinary gestures.
The Easter lunch at Café Romano unfolds as a four-course journey through the symbols of the Roman festive table: shared starters such as Corallina salami with traditional ricresciuta Easter bread and roman style artichoke, followed by chitarra pasta with veal ragù and artichokes and herb-crusted lamb cutlets with potatoes and sautéed chicory. The experience concludes with a delicate Pastiera Semifreddo, a sweet tribute to the Italian Easter tradition.
