For Valentine’s Day, our Chef has created a menu that highlights carefully selected ingredients and delicate flavors.
The evening begins with a welcome glass and the Chef’s entrée, followed by a fresh and elegant red shrimp tartare with mango and pomegranate.
It continues with potato button filled with thornback ray, enhanced by confit cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, and basil, before giving way to grilled amberjack, served with pepper, leek, and a creamy potato sauce.
To conclude, a small temptation of creams and raspberries, designed for a sweet and romantic finale to share.
