At the helm of the restaurant is Venetian Executive Chef Massimo Livan, whose talent, recognized by prestigious culinary guides, brings special holiday menus to life. These menus celebrate the authentic flavors of Venetian tradition with creativity and refinement, emphasizing the use of locally sourced ingredients.

On December 30th, treat yourself to a special aperitif with the sound of Jazz music. The protagonist of the evening will be singer Josmil Neris in "Christmas Soul," an exclusive concert featuring classic Christmas songs reinterpreted with freshness in the authentic spirit of black music, allowing you to already immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere for the New Year celebrations.

For the New Year's Eve dinner, the Le Maschere Restaurant created an ad hoc menu with dishes inspired by traditional cuisine, reimagined with elegance and freshness, such as Quail with almonds and licorice, or Risotto with Mantuan pumpkin and duck ragù.
