Welcome Pets
In Starhotels you can stay with your furry friend, small/medium sized, paying an additional charge. The Pet Fee for Splendid Venice is €45. Their presence must be notified at the time of booking.
City Access Fee
Please be advised that for some dates between April 18 and July 27, 2025, an Access Fee is required to visit the city of Venice. As our guest and in consideration of the payment of the Tourist Tax, you may be exempt from the Access Fee.
In order to benefit from the exemption one day before the arrival date you will receive directly from the hotel an email containing the Qr code, the codes obtained must be kept and presented in case of request to the authorized staff of the controls.
