SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION

The Teatro Luxury Apartments project is on track to obtain LEED Gold certification by 2025, following a holistic approach to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. During construction, more than 75% of building materials were recovered and recycled, while 97.5% of demolition waste was repurposed.
The water management system has been optimized for both indoor and outdoor use, incorporating irrigation technologies and rainwater harvesting systems. The residential units are rated A1 for energy efficiency, while the commercial spaces meet Class B standards, ensuring excellent performance.

The project celebrates Italian craftsmanship through the careful selection of furnishings and finishes that embody the quality and distinction of Italian design. The underground car park features an advanced ventilation system designed to guarantee safety in emergency situations.
Part of a broader urban renewal initiative, the development also includes regeneration of the surrounding area and the removal of hazardous materials. Climate control systems rely on groundwater-powered heat pumps, while energy efficiency is monitored via a digital Building Management System, underscoring the project’s commitment to sustainability and technological innovation.
