The magic of the Redentore
On Saturday, July 18, Splendid Venice invites you to experience the magic of the Festa del Redentore, the most anticipated event of the Venetian summer, culminating in the spectacular fireworks display that lights up the St. Mark’s Basin each year.
Enjoy this special experience at the Le Maschere restaurant, where the Chef has created a menu inspired by the flavours of Venetian tradition and the sea. Highlights include timeless classics such as whipped salt cod and sarde in saor, alongside contemporary creations including risi e bisi with scallops and basil gel, sea bass fillet with potato cream, pistachio and samphire, and a delicate amaretto mousse with orange sauce to conclude the evening.
The experience also includes an exclusive private water taxi transfer across the lagoon, offering a privileged vantage point from which to admire the fireworks display. Departure is scheduled for 10:00 PM, with a maximum of 8 guests per boat.
