For the evening of Saturday, 14 February, the menu features creations such as Sussurro — a tuna tartare with Stark apple, ginger and passion fruit gel — to open the evening with freshness. The experience continues with Tenerezza, a beef Cheek with mashed potatoes infused with wild herbs, beef jus and hazelnut crumble, a dish with depth and enveloping character. To finish, Innamorati, a mango mousse with orange sauce that seals the night with a bright, fruity note.
