In the heart of the 1st Arrondissement, Castille Paris – Starhotels Collezione invites you to celebrate love in the enchanting setting of its restaurant, L’Assaggio.
On Saturday, February 14, guests will enjoy a seven-course menu accompanied by the warm harmonies of a duo of musicians and a singer.
The evening begins with delicacies such as Baeri Kaviari caviar blinis, Gillardeau Oyster No. 2, lime-scented apple brunoise. The culinary journey continues with refined flavors, including Ricotta and pumpkin ravioli, shellfish bisque, red prawn tartare from Mazara del Vallo, and roasted turbot fillet, quenelle and confit violet artichoke, white butter sauce with bergamot.
For a finale of pure sweetness, we will serve creations crafted exclusively for the occasion, such as the Wild strawberry “Coup de Cœur" and the "Nuages d'Amour" with Chantilly cream.
