L'Assaggio restaurant at hotel Castille is a favourite among locals. It offers an intriguing new opportunity for the city and for the hotel’s international guests to experience the creations of one of the greatest exponents of traditional Piedmont cuisine.
The menu, conceived by the Chef Sasha Arandjelovic together with Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati, is a compendium of traditional gourmet culture, where Piedmontese specialities are interpreted with characteristic flair. Guests will appreciate the Chef’s extraordinary ability to work wonders with the finest fresh seasonal ingredients. His avant-garde style of cuisine combines a masterly blend of Mediterranean flavours, in dishes that surprise the eye and delight the palate with a perfect symphony of ingredients, colours and aromas.
During spring and summer the area of the restaurant opens on the elegant and romantic outdoor courtyard with its Romana fountain and its suggestive frescoes.

The business lunch is offered every midday, with a daily menu available from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.* from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
