Sunday is a special moment in Italian tradition: Pranzo della Domenica, an occasion to gather around the table and share authentic dishes in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
To inaugurate this new appointment, L’Assaggio is offering a special edition dedicated to Easter. This Easter Sunday marks the launch of our Pranzo della Domenica: the restaurant invites you to celebrate this Italian tradition in an elegant setting accompanied by live music.
For this occasion, the Chef has created a special menu that begins with antipasti to share, such as zucchini velouté infused with fresh basil, bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, crispy zucchini flower fritters, 24-month aged Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano “Vacche Rosse”, as well as Vitello Tonnato, the signature dish of Chef Ugo Alciati. The meal continues with homemade cannelloni filled with ricotta and spinach, followed by roasted coquelet with baby potatoes, and concludes with the traditional Colomba served with mascarpone sauce.
