In the heart of Siena, Sapordivino restaurant celebrates Easter with two four-course tasting menus, designed to tell the story of the spring season through carefully selected ingredients and intense aromas.
Menù Olivo is a tribute to tradition, featuring authentic flavors and local ingredients: from capocollo with wild fennel to potato tortelli with black truffle and hay-aged pecorino, followed by dishes that evoke the cuisine of the past with a contemporary touch.
Menù Luce, on the other hand, offers a more creative and lighter interpretation of Easter, with dishes that highlight freshness and harmony: slow-cooked egg with asparagus foam, spinach gnocchetti with prawn tartare, and an elegant citrus dessert that concludes the experience with delicate, spring-inspired notes.
