For the evening of Saturday, 14 February, our Executive Chef Luca Ciaffarafà has crafted a four-course tasting menu that celebrates love through exceptional ingredients and a distinctly Tuscan culinary approach.
The evening opens with a welcome flute with Chef’s amuse bouche, introducing a sensory journey that continues with creations such as Rice wafer, avocado mayo and seafood panzanella, charcoal pici, yellow cherry tomato mousse, shrimp and salted mullet roe and sea bass flavored with lemongrass, crystal bread, salmon roe and sea beans. To finish, a sweet note featuring a combination of exotic fruits with a crispy hibiscus wafe.
