Starting Saturday, May 23, in its charming frescoed patio with a Roman fountain, Castille unveils La Terrazza, an intimate setting to experience la dolce vita in the heart of Paris.
To celebrate the opening, L’Aperitivo is unveiled as a refined ritual of bubbles and Italian flavours.
Each evening, Chef Marco Terenghi enhances the experience with a selection of Italian appetisers designed for sharing, specially created to pair with the excellence of the Bollinger Maisons: Champagne Bollinger, Domaine Chanson, and the refined Gin Anaë. A pairing that celebrates the very best of French and Italian tradition, to be enjoyed al fresco in the unique setting of the Castille.
