Easter at Roses
On Sunday, April 5th, the Roses Restaurant at the Rosa Grand Milano opens its doors for a truly spring-inspired Easter lunch.
The gastronomic journey begins with an elegant welcome aperitif, featuring sparkling wine and the chef’s selection of canapés, and continues with dishes that celebrate Italian festive cuisine: from Ravioli stuffed with Castelmagno cheese with veal ragout and chanterelles mushrooms to lamb on a crust of herbs, white asparagus and sautéed potatoes, ending with a traditional Neapolitan pastiera, reimagined with white chocolate and lime.
Each course is paired with a selection of wines chosen by our sommelier, in an elegant and relaxed setting—perfect for celebrating Easter with family and friends.
