New Year’s Eve Dinner

On New Year’s Eve, the Rosa Grand’s Dinner is a tasty journey. Begin with a tender 40-yolk egg pasta tortello filled with creamed cod, savor the luxurious Turbot Wellington with langoustines and a garden of winter vegetables, and conclude with a sweet Delicacy of meringue, strawberries, and Chef’s ice cream. Then from 11:00 PM, continue the evening at our Grand Lounge & Bar and toast with us at midnight to welcome the new year!
