Valentine's Day at Savoy
Overlooking the sea and gazing toward the Gulf of Trieste, the Savoia Excelsior Palace – Starhotels Collezione celebrates Valentine’s Day in the elegant setting of the Savoy Restaurant, where the grand tradition of hospitality meets contemporary cuisine.
On Saturday, February 14th, the Chef presents a four-course menu inspired by Mediterranean flavors.
The experience begins with a tuna tartare with pink pepper and red onion confit, followed by potato gnocchi with clams and crab meat, and an oven-baked sea bass fillet served with vegetable caponata and d its own sauce.
To finish, a dark chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis and mandarin sorbet, designed to conclude the evening with sweetness and freshness.
