Our Judy Garland Suite is an homage to the celebrated actress who stayed at The Gore during a run of performances in London, infusing Hollywood glamour to the opulent charm of our Victorian past.
Draping red curtains set the scene, framing the ornate gilded bed – a piece that Judy Garland had specially crafted to complement the room’s striking stained-glass windows and shipped to London from Hollywood. Among the plush velvet furnishings and lavish decor sits a sparkling replica of the legendary ruby slippers from The Wizard of Oz - a fitting nod to the star’s most iconic role. The sense of grandeur spills gloriously into the bathroom, with a marble double basin surrounded by hand-painted tiles evoking ancient Roman baths.
For an added touch of theatrical magic during a stay of two nights or more, indulge in our Judy Garland Experience.
