Join us throughout English Wine Week for a special menu celebrating some of England’s most exciting vineyards.
The selection, available to enjoy in the restaurant, bar, library or from the comfort of your room, includes sparkling, white, orange and red wines from Sussex, Kent and Devon. Indulge in a glass or two, or enjoy a flight of three wines for £45. The menu will also feature a selection of British-inspired small plates designed to pair with the wines.

WINE & CHEESE PAIRING EVENING

Enjoy an intimate evening celebrating English sparkling wine and British cheese, hosted in collaboration with Digby Fine English and Neal’s Yard Dairy.
The experience begins with a welcome glass of Digby sparkling wine, followed by a guided tasting of carefully selected British cheeses paired with a range of Digby cuvées, including the 2014 Vintage Reserve Brut, 2018 Vintage Rosé Brut and Blanc de Blancs. Throughout the evening, the teams behind the wines and cheeses will share insights into the pairings, production methods and tasting notes.

WINE-PAIRING DINNER WITH ARTELIUM

In collaboration with Sussex-based producer Artelium Wine Estate, this four-course dinner celebrates modern English winemaking alongside seasonal British ingredients.
The evening begins with a welcome reception in our library featuring Artelium Blanc de Blancs and a selection of canapés, before continuing in 190 Queen's Gate restaurant with a specially created tasting menu crafted by Head Chef Frederick Forster paired with a selection of Artelium wines. The experience concludes with dessert served alongside Loxwood Festival, Artelium’s off-dry honey wine.
